1. Who is responsible for processing your data?
- Company name: A Lo Cubano Fusión
- Tax ID (NIF): Z0171727Z
- Address: Av. de Playa Serena, 178, 04740 Roquetas de Mar, Almería, España
- Contact email: alocubanoinfo@gmail.com
- Phone: 646 89 63 87
2. What data do we process, and why?
a) "Join the club" form
We process your name, mobile number, postcode, and — if you provide them — your birthday (day and month only, never the year) and email, to manage your membership in our loyalty club, give you the associated reward, and send you commercial communications by phone (mainly offers and news during the low season).
b) "Reservations" form
We process your name, mobile number, date, time and party size for the sole purpose of managing your reservation and contacting you (including via WhatsApp) to confirm it.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Club: your explicit consent, given by checking the form's box (never pre-checked), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to alocubanoinfo@gmail.com.
- Reservations: steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract (managing your table), plus your explicit consent, given via a checkbox separate from the club's.
4. How long do we keep your data?
Club data is kept until you opt out, or while the relationship remains active. Reservation data is kept for as long as needed to manage the booking, and afterwards only for as long as required by applicable tax or commercial law.
5. Who do we share your data with?
- Google LLC, as data processor: your data is stored in a Google Sheet with restricted access.
- Netlify, Inc., as our hosting provider.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.), only if you use the WhatsApp button or the reservation form to reach us that way.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to request restriction of or object to its processing, and to data portability, by writing to alocubanoinfo@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe we haven't handled your data correctly.
7. Where does your data come from?
From you: it's the data you provide directly through this website's forms.
8. Security measures
This website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), an invisible spam filter (honeypot), a per-connection submission limit, and stores the IP address of anyone submitting a form only as an irreversible hash (never the real IP), solely to prevent abuse.
